We have lived in Chatham for 3 years. I have seen several of Tim's posts and saw he was also a recent transplant from near our hometown. We reached out to him when part of our tree fell on our AC unit. He was very responsive with communication and was able to get us scheduled. He did a great job checking, fixing our AC, and relaying to us exactly what he checked and work he did with before and after pictures. His rates are very reasonable. We will call him again if we have any heating or AC needs.

Called to take advantage of $50 special. Got more service than bargained for and found a dangerous issue he fixed. Had them back to replace compressor and they stuck exactly to estimate. Very very responsive to inquiries and keeping you up-to-date with arrival time for appointment!. Tim is excellent and goes above and beyond. Very very pleased and would highly recommend.

Tim installed a Daiken ductless heating/cooling system in my garage. With the cool spring that we have experienced, I have had the opportunity to use the system many times already. It is wonderful to work in a heated garage compared to what I lived with before! This will make me a much more productive person. Tim was knowledgeable, timely and very professional.
