Rude, followed by rude. I've tried to use them twice now.
My Family just replaced the hot water tank with this company. The tank cost $900. They charge me $3100 labor obviously it was a female they took advantage of her and charged her a $3100 labor charge for a hot water tank that takes 30 minutes that is gouging. We will be taking them to court if anyone has any problems with their plumbing avoid this company I will post the outcome of the court decision. This is ridiculous. This shouldn’t be done and taking advantage of a woman who absolutely knows nothing about Plumbing. This is a 30 minute job at best. Most of the time that it takes is draining the hot water tank with a simple garden hose. Do not call this company for any plumbing needs. They are a rip off and I will keep you posted on our outcome with the courts
