Critter One of Houston

We had a squirrel critter problem. Critter One came out and gave us a FREE estimate. Once we accepted the estimate, Critter One did not delay in coming out and quickly began the "Get rid of squirrel(s)" mission. We kept in communication. Finally all was well. We are not about to let those critters have their way with our home.

08/12/2025... Follow-up: Was hearing more noises in my attic, so had Critter One come back out and do an inspection. They found new chewed in holes on the back of my house and repaired them, creating a one-way door for the new visitors. They caught two raccoons the same night and solved the problem!!! Thank you Jeff, Greg and Robert!!! Being a Media professional, I decided to make a video of my experience. Critter One did not ask me to do this. Greg from Critter One came out this morning and did a great job with squirrel control. This is a great professional company with great employees. Highly recommended!!!

The workers did a very good job and were very professional . The only issue I had was one worker said he was coming back the next to set a live trap but never showed up. Zack did a follow up call to schedule the close out appointment. He was very professional and courteous. Justin came out for the close out appointment and very professional and courteous as well. He did a great job cleaning up the critter’s remnants and sprayed disinfectant in the attic and removing the one way exit. Zack and Justin’s professionalism made up the non-delivery of the live trap. I would recommend their service.

Thank you Team! Since that day when the Squirrel was caught looking down at me from inside my attic to this last Saturday I have really appreciated every ones part in solving this challenge for me!!! CritterOne swiftly conducted the eviction - humanely!!!!! and helped find Custom Gable Vents in Idaho!!!! Custom Gable Vents made a great steel critter-proof vent and the new one looks better than the original install, made of steel and primed for painting!!! Thank you to all team members there that helped and took my calls!!!! RCI Roofing did a great job of installation. The HOA approved the vent as well upon completion with visual inspection, and we were ahead of schedule!!!!

Squirrels got in my attic & sounded like a herd of elephants! I called Critter One and less then 12 hours later Joey and Aidan showed up with traps and a plan! They were professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Critter One for all animal removal. They are fast, humane and very reasonably priced.
