Croatt Heating & Air Conditioning Call or Text

A big shoutout to Croatt Heating & Air !! We had an issue with the furnace on Saturday and Matt answered my text right away. Came on Monday (it wasn’t an emergency). Liam was our technician. He did an outstanding job. It was an unusual circumstance but Liam stayed until the problem was found and fixed. He was super polite and very thorough. He let me know what he was doing along the way and was professional. Highly recommend them. This was the second time we’ve used their services and we’re happy both times!! If anyone could tag them on this post I’d appreciate it.

My air conditioner broke down over night. I was asleep and didn't really notice until 8:30am. I immediately called someone else and they didn't think they'd be able to fit me in. Matt came RIGHT when he said he would. He was more than fair with the pricing. He was quick and had my A/C working within 15-20 minutes. I'm so grateful. I run a business out of my home and so I would have been cancelling appointments all day had it been unfixable. I am so happy and so grateful.

Matt and his team are outstanding. They get things done quickly and they're very honest. I will never use anyone else.

Called to see if he would look at our furnace and he was a real jerk to my husband. Sad thing is another person that installs furnaces told us to call him that he was a really good guy.
