Houser's Air Conditioning & Heating Service

I can always count on the Housers to save the day when it comes to the plumbing problems I’ve encountered. Connor and Steve are knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Shortly after moving into my new old house, the 20 year old water heater went out one evening. I called, and the next morning Connor and Steve came out to take a look. They had it replaced and running before I knew it. Not even a month later the old water softener went out, and they took care of that just as fast. I hope I don’t have any other plumbing problems pop up. But if I do, I’ll be calling Houser’s.

I called Houser's at 5:45 pm with an air conditioner that was not working, Steve assured me that they would be here to take care of us, withing 30 minutes Steve and Connor arrived and went to work. They were professional, polite and timely. They got us back up and running in short time and billed me what I consider to be more than fair for an after hours service call. This is the 2nd time we have counted on Houser's Heating and Air, and they are for sure our go to from here on out. I ca not recommend them enough for all your HVAC needs.

Connor and Steve came out to our property and helped rerun electrical to our garden shed, this was done quickly and professionally! They’re a one stop shop for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC! Connor was very polite and able to work quickly to get me several other quotes for some other issues, including explaining the pros and cons of minisplits versus central AC based on how my house was built. Will definitely be using them again and I cannot recommend them enough!

I called them with a radiant floor heating issue. They were prompt to get back to me and, to my surprise, didn't try to sell me products or do unnecessary costly repairs. The man came and fixed my system quickly and even went above what I had asked to make sure all things worked correctly and provided education to maintain good working order of my appliance. I will definitely be calling in the future.

My parents had a leak in the roof. They came and basically ripped them off and did not fix the problem. Have now made their wood burning stove inoperable because of what they did. Conner, my mom did really like him, came and patched it up and may have fixed the problem. Also charged for extra service calls when did not come. I'm sorry if you are in the business of ripping off old people please just find another line of work. Saw that they left a reply saying to give them a call. Well that's what my parents had done, and like I said they had nice things to say about Conner but the problem was not fixed right. So here is a thought: act like an adult and fix your mistake and call your customer who already has complained.
