Fantastic service. Our septic pump stopped working , we called and was referred to the owner. It was 20 below zero and he said our tanks would be pumped that day if he had to drive over himself ! Within two hours one of the staff was here pumping our tanks . Not to mention that the two service men both had emergencys at home but made it in to work. Way to go guys and thank you again. The staff is super knowledgeable and eager to explain everything. The receptionist even knew about the septic system and directed our emergency right away to be sure we got the right service. As soon as the freezing temps broke within 4 days Crockett pulled in and fixed the bad pump . It was still beyond cold geez thank you so much for the prompt professional service. What a awesome team you guys have !!! We

Superb service, compassionate, and problem solvers. I called them in a pinch and they were able to fit me in their schedule asap. It's a rental property that I wasn't able to meet on site and they treated it like it was their own home. Couldn't quite figure out why the problem was happening but they fixed it quickly and explained it so I was able to understand and prevent it from happening in the future. Very happy with the service and team!

I was using a different company to empty our porta pot what a difference. They are friendly, and they did a better job than the previous company!! Love it!! And we had lots using it this weekend and had no problems with odor like the previous one. And my porta pot was nice and clean!!!

I hear Crocketts on the radio advertising constantly but now I'm getting the brush off. No real reason just "changes have been made". They just said "call Palm septic" - I've used them several times in the past and were very prompt...what is the deal with NO EXPLANATION??? Very disappointing 😔
