Cronin Hardwood Floors

We recently had our floor scratched after getting a new appliance installed. John and his team were so friendly to work with, responsive, and clear on the process. They had to sand down and refinish the whole floor, so they tested a few colors for us before doing the job. They were able to do the work while we were out of town which was really helpful. They were very respectful of our home and I’d recommend them to anyone.

The team from Cronin was EXCEPTIONAL! From the beginning of the sales process all the way through to job completion, the process was perfect. We watched them while the work was performed and they treated our home like it was their own. They covered all pictures and ancillary items with plastic, for dust, and they taped all wires up to the wall so they would not interfere with the drying process. When we saw the final product it was as if we had a brand new floor installed. I would gladly recommend them and will be sending them more business. I recently had an excellent experience working with John Cronin and his team to repair the stairs throughout our house (three staircases with new stair treads, risers, cove molding, and spindles). John was thorough in his evaluation of what work was needed, and he was clear in presenting our options. He made sure I had the samples and the time I needed to select a stain. He's a craftsman, for sure, and I truly trust his insight and experience. John has a wonderful team, but he was also personally involved in the project from start to finish. I felt comfortable giving them access to the house, and the work was done efficiently and cleanly. John kept me up to date on progress, and everything was completed on time and within budget. The work itself is high quality - the stairs are beautiful

Top Shelf. John runs an incredibly well executing group. I give them the highest marks. They went above and beyond my expectations for a difficult job. Happy to sidebar if need any encouragement in decision. Was worth every penny.
