I've purchased from LL Flooring in NY & CT before the name change and this store is by far the best and most professional. Most stores have young people who don't know anything but John here is the foundation of this store and a treasure trove of information. He has years of experience and knows his stuff as he as installed these floors himself. John has been incredible at helping us pick out floors and explain to us what we need. Ask John for help with anything flooring related, you will be grateful you did! John was patient and kind while we were choosing the floors. We found beautiful flooring that look stunning and make the space look wide and beautiful. When all the stores were closing I greatly appreciated John's expertise and ability in keeping the store open and helping customers.

Greetings, fellow truckers. If you're planning to arrive here, I recommend contacting the store in advance to inquire about early arrival. Fortunately, I did so, and it's going to be chaotic departing, but not as challenging if I had arrived at 7 a.m. and started backing in. I arrived at 0400, and there was no traffic. They open at 0700, so a brief nap is beneficial. Reference images are provided for backing. Ensure you get CLOSE to the pole. Be cautious of the yellow poles at the church. you don't want to damage a bumper. I am giving store 5 stars for allowing me to show up extremely early to back in at a leisurely pace.

Zero stars if that was an option. Misrepresented material which had to get installed only to find out it was defective. Full planks were not as the sample given. "Engineer laminate" certified to install on radiant was not the case. Full length cracks. Sold under vail of different company. Professional Buck passers. Will never purchase from again and will never recommend. Update. 2-12-26. After receiving the response to my review, I responded to the email given. Six weeks later still no reply. Garbage flooring sold and garbage customer service.

John Guerra met with me and took the time to explain everything in detail. He taught me about the different kinds of wood and helped me choose the perfect match for my home. I gave him my measurements, and he estimated the exact amount of materials I needed—it turned out to be spot on! Throughout the process, I called him many times with questions, and he was always patient, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend Lumber Liquidators and especially John—he’s truly an expert. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I definitely would!
