Howard and his team did an outstanding job! The drafting process was smooth and easy to adjust if needed, and the build quality exceeded our expectations. We’ve worked with them on multiple projects and have always been impressed. We’ll definitely be hiring them again for our next job!

Had kitchen and master bath redone: paint cracking, chipping without even touching, drawer front fell off, bracket under drawer fell off, drawers don’t close properly even with supposed soft-close hinges, will not respond to calls. Paid a lot of money for the worst experience ever. Contact the contractor’s board in Salem within a year of problems. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and that was a huge mistake.

Their cabinets took forever and finally came and the cabinet fronts didn’t match the cabinet frames. They used veneer on the entire thing and it looked like stickers of wood. The finish color on the veneer was a completely different color than the few solid wood parts. They wanted all the money up front before they would fix it even though they knew they did a bad job. There was no way to fix it other than redoing the entire thing. I had 2 cabinets made and a screen and gave them a ton of photos for what the finish should look like and we even approved the finish based on their sample finish and they still sent the cabinets in a totally different finish color than we agreed. The drawers banged into each other when you opened them and some of them even came all the way out when you opened

The worst customer service I have experienced in the last 20 years! Cross Cabinets was late with my install by 8 months. My delivery date kept getting postponed and when the cabinets were finally installed, the painters came in to paint but they did not paint everything. There were missing parts, shelves and also a missing cabinet door. After waiting for months, I went back to their shop with the shelves that needed to be cut and painted with measurements for the missing door, and I was told that they would take care of it in 2 days. 3 weeks later they were still not done. Shelves were painted the wrong color and the owner Howard still charged me $300 for the work. I also brought them one of my cabinet doors for color match and they lost my door.
