I spoke to Richard attempting for him to come out and perform an oil sweep on my home and I can’t even express how rude he was. He informed me there were no available appointments until a week and a half after the date I had called to schedule and began to yell “how did you get my phone number” at me when I was being nothing be pleasant in return to him. When I expressed I was in a pinch for time, Richard had then continued to belittle me by screaming “that’s not how I run my business.” Until I ultimately hung up and took my business else where. I would never recommend anyone to seek out his services if this is how he is going to treat potential customers.

Richard was a pleasure to work with - professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond in terms of making himself accessible and helping us feel at ease with the inspection process. Highly recommended!
