Checked in at 13:30 for a Kroger load and its now 23:04 and not even started yet. The flip flop and towel mafia stay in the way and the workers here are always in slow motion. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

I was there 16 hours to get 12 pallets , everyone was waiting for hours , over 10-12 hours, worst place to get loaded avoid it if you can

TRUST THE REVIEWS LOL, checked in at 07:58 am for a (Kroger load) 16 pallets on a Saturday. Shipper said the load might not be ready until Sunday “if you’re lucky maybe Saturday night around 9-10 pm” owner operators make sure you have a rate confirmation saying your gonna get detention/layover pay before booking load to pick up here. Update: got loaded around 2 am Sunday morning.

Worst place I had to wait 28 hours to get loaded

2 DAYS WAITING FOR KROGER LOAD . Absolutely the worst place to load for Kroger Cross Dock Waiting for 2 Days at this place still not loaded. These people are liars every time you call for an update on your status they lied to you. They lied to the office they lie to you they don’t care not one person in this place cares. I will absolutely refuse to haul their product ever.
