Cross Island

Don’t waste your time. They’re too unreliable. I was told they would be here to winterize our sprinklers four different dates and they never showed. In fairness we don’t have the best setup for turning off the water but we’ve always tipped very generously for going under the house. And not for nothing that’s the business they’re in.

Outstanding service from start to finish! Cross Island Irrigation installed new sprinkler zones and repaired existing lines that were damaged during recent landscaping work. They were professional, efficient, and took the time to walk me through everything they did. The system runs perfectly now with great coverage across the yard. I really appreciated their attention to detail and clean-up afterward. Highly recommend Cross Island Irrigation for any sprinkler installation or repair needs for all my friends and family!

Had My 6 zone system installed by Phil and his crew.. Job came out perfect, better than I could have asked for.. He set up my wifi clock to my phone and I was set to go.. I would recommend them to anyone..

I used them for some sprinkler work. At first they were decent. But then, I had multiple instances, 4 to be exact, where I had an appointment with them and they never showed up and never called me for days. Then days later they called me and said that I had the wrong date, which is a flat-out lie... that was the last straw, so I dumped that company, good riddance!....Phil is unreliable and then doesn't show up or call and then lies and tries to blame the customer ! Avoid, unless you like stress and headaches!

I don’t usually write reviews but these guys came highly recommended by a friend and were outstanding. They did complete repair after demo from a pool installation. They added zones and fixed all issues with our 12 zone sprinkler system. They came exactly when they said they would and always kept us updated. We will continue to use these guys for all our sprinkler needs and will recommend them to anyone.
