Tangueray in the office is always very professional and accommodating to my needs whenever I phone. The technician, Ray, always takes care of my issues in a very timely manner and explains what he is doing. I would not use any other company besides Crossroads Mechanical.
I needed a new air conditioner during our summer heat wave. They got a new one ordered and the technician worked many hours in 100+degree heat till it was up and running.
The receptionist is very polite and was very helpful and knowledgable about A/C product's. Thanks crossroads mechanical for the great service.
