This company is great! From the time I contacted them and told the owner Don that I needed to replace a 40+ year old steel door, he contacted me right away. We set up an appt. the next day and he gave me a quote for what I felt was a great price! He said we can do that tomorrow, I said that sounds good to me. Jerry arrived on time and Don came within the hour to help take out the old door and install the new one. What a great job they did and cleaned up after themselves. I am so glad I chose this company to replace my old garage door. I would highly recommend them!

Our garage door was installed back in the 50s, unbelievably the door was done by this same company. Our technician who came to service us was the relative to the original owner. We had been delaying replacing our garage door which was rusted out on the bottom, and finally the garage door spring broke in two one morning. Crosstown was able to come out within a few hours to help get our car out of the garage, and they were able to return the next day to replace the door and track. Jerry did quick and very good work, showed me how to do maintenance on the new door, and Joanie was also very pleasant to work with on the phone. Prices were competitive and fair. Highly recommend Crosstown. I sense they really care about the work that they do.
