Our furnace was not working properly, and there was a buzzing sound coming from the relay inside the AC ready kit. The technician came and replaced not only the AC ready kit but the controller as well (but my controller has no problem at all). Then he left. But the heat does not stop. We called again to fix the problem, then they replaced their controller because what they installed was faulty (yes, their brand new controller that replaced my working one was faulty). HOWEVER, they did not install the problem itself, which was the AC ready kit. They bypass the wire to the controller instead of using the AC-ready kit, which is not a professional service; it is a temporary solution you would use.
