We are Mountain Medical Arts just off the Burnsville Square. Historic circa 1900 construction. CBA re-did the street-facing siding and trim, which was rotten. See for yourselves, the outcome is GORGEOUS! We are continually getting compliments on the facelift of the building. These guys LISTENED well and came up with effective, beautiful fixes for very challenging problems. A shout out to Omero, who was brilliant figuring out how to make a wonky unlevel triangle (gable end) APPEAR level. This is no small feat! There were NO level or plumb angles on this old building for these guys to work with and they pulled it off beautifully! We recently partnered with Crowder Banks for our basement renovation. During our first meeting, we had only a vague idea of what we wanted. We had no vision for the layout of the space or even a concrete description of our goals. Randy and Edwin managed to create a gorgeous, functional floor plan and brought to life a space that far exceeded our expectations. Their attention to detail was truly something I had never experienced with previous contractors. The finished product is a space I know we will use for years to come—hosting family and friends and creating memories that will last a lifetime. It couldn’t have been an easier building process! From the start, Randy & Edwin were so easy to work with. Randy created our House Plans (from the many ideas we had in our brains), and it was absolutely perfect. We didn’t change anything. He understood exactly what we wanted our home to look like from the start and used his Architectural expertise to create our perfect home. From our first meeting with Edwin and Randy, we were impressed by their professionalism, knowledge, and experience. Due to the pandemic and their current work load, we were unable to begin for several months, but once we got started, their subcontractors worked consistently to complete the job.We were impressed by the high quality of the tradespeople’s work and the overall attention to detail displayed by everyone who worked on the job.
