Jack's Locksmith

We found ourselves locked out of our house recently on a cold night. We called Jack's around 4pm and they were out to see us in no time. Very responsive. Emily had us in our home shortly after that and we were very grateful. Reasonable prices too. This is an outstanding organization, and we highly recommend them.

I had to use a locksmith a few times the last few months! And lets start by saying most suck and are slow, dont have the knowledge to do what's needed, that is NOT case with Keith at Jack's locksmith, he shows up on time and get to work without hesitation, he is fast and efficient and very honest! He does everything in his power to save you money, but the other side of that is when he leaves you dont have to question his work or if its going to fail and not work. He honors his work and always goes above and beyond to take care of his customer. I would give Keith a 10 out of 10 every visit. He also knows more than any locksmith I've met in my life and I can promise you, you will not find a better person who offers locksmith services and does better quality work. Jacks was awesome to work with! They were very polite and responsive. They helped me out with an issue with my son’s car and the key fob losing its programming leaving the car unusable. I called that morning and they quoted me over the phone and had it completed and working in no time as promised. They were patient despite having location issues from Google Maps. Made a stressful situation much easier and got us on the road. Highly recommend using a local company with good people any time you can and these people fit that perfectly.

Absolutely amazing! Fast and friendly, half the cost of major chain companies, and even repaired my broken key as well, so now I have a backup. 😃 The money I saved went towards my Son’s Birthday, and I wouldn’t have been able to see him without Keith’s craftsmanship!

I was very grateful for how quickly the owners of Jack's Locksmith got back to me and I appreciate that they arrived thirty minutes before they told me and fixed the issue so promptly. They also gave a detailed explanation of the issue and what to do in the future. They are reliable, knowledgeable about Pella door locks and excellent with communication. I highly recommend them!
