Crown Boiler Co.

Product is complete junk. Have a newer crown boiler unit and nothing but problems with it. Have sank over $5,000 in repairs and it’s still not working properly. I do all the routine maintenance, cleaning and everything. I’ve been through 5 companies who all say they know how to fix these units but none of them actually do. They’re literally all clueless. I finally called Crown directly to get names of companies that “know” their system. They gave me several and emphasized that they regularly “train” the techs at these companies. Turns out, none of them know what they’re doing either. These companies have made me get a brand new motherboard, replace the heat exchanger, you name it.
