I used Crown Sweep Inc for the second time, and I can't say enough about the tremendous service they provided. When I called the day before Christmas eve and left a voice mail, they got back to me right away and we were able to schedule an appointment the same week. Steve was absolutely fantastic. He did a very thorough job, was on time, was super friendly to my family, and made sure that the area around the chimney was spotless before leaving. The price for the service was also extremely reasonable, and the job was finished in what felt like record time. I would highly recommend Crown Sweep Inc and will be using them again the next time I need to clean my chimney. HUGE thanks to Steve and the rest of the Crown Sweep Inc team!

Did an amazing job with our fireplace for Thanksgiving. from the very beginning helping us choose the right fix for out fireplace, delivery, installing and making sure everything was working. I cannot be more pleased with my experiences with Crown Chimney Sweep. EVERYONE I dealt with was fantastic. They are honest, efficient, polite and professional. We first engaged them for chimney cleaning and to address issues relating to smoke coming in to the home. They worked to diagnosis the issue and offered solutions. I never felt that I was getting a "hard sell" or pressured to take the most expensive action. We worked together and finally decided to convert the gas to wood. Communication throughout the process was clear and responsive. Work was on time and on budget. With winter approaching, it's time to make sure my chimney is working properly. I reached out to Crown to set up for them to inspect its condition. My appointment was 11am they showed up on time . The technician was very educated and efficient. He did a thorough inspection, and also cleaned my chimney. He didn't leave behind a mess like the last company did. I would recommend anyone that needs a professional and honest estimate to call Crown. I am beyond satisfied and will never need to look for another chimney company!!!!!!

I had crown repair my chimney in 2007. I had a problem with the raincap blowing off of my chimney last month in that terrific wind storm. Even though my warranty was 1 year expired, this company still came out to my home on very short notice and replaced the cap at no cost what so ever. Fantastic company and would highly reccommend to anybody. Do are cleaning every year on time and are always clean.
