David and Scotty from CRS Exteriors did an incredible job installing our new front door. From start to finish their craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. They took the time to make sure everything was installed perfectly, from the trim work to the fit and finish of the door itself. The new front door looks amazing and completely transformed the entrance of the house. You can tell these guys truly take pride in their work and care about doing things the right way. They were extremely professional, respectful of the home, and left the entire area spotless when they finished. Scotti and David did a great job replacing 3 old French doors with Infinity sliding glass doors. We desired more viewing area and these doors did the trick - and they are more energy efficient and just look so much better! Communication was excellent with all parties at CRS. Scotti and David took time to answer all questions and really did a nice job replacing the trim. Job was done in early Feb with challenging weather and the crew did their best to keep us as comfortable as possible. We will definitely use CRS again.

New custom entry door replacement was installed by CRS Exteriors, Knoxville on 2/10/26. The guys , Garett and Zack did an excellent job installing the new front door! They did it all in a timely manner and cleaned up after the install was completed! My only suggestion was that I wished CRS used wood trim instead of pvc material as part of the trim …the PVC material looks like it cheapens the appearance of the door some for a $8500 replacement door and would have been happier with additional wood trim as part of the overall trim. I’m pleased with the quality of the front door but like everything else now… shocked at the $8500 price now for a replacement door!

Absolutely gorgeous work by David and Scotty! We could not be more pleased. These two guys are absolute craftsman paying attention to every detail and doing a 100% expert job. They took the time to do things right. Our new windows look fantastic. They took care of our home during the whole process and left things clean and spotless. I highly recommend these guys along with excellent product provided by CRS.

We just replaced all the windows on our house. CRS had a fair price and a big thing for us was that they could do the construction to enlarge one of our window openings. The quality of the Marvin windows are amazing and we were able to customize them to fit our exact needs. Dave and Scotty did our installation. They were wonderful! You could definitely see that they take pride in the work they do. They were meticulous to make each window as perfect as they could. Every day when they were finished they made sure everything was clean and out of the way. I'm very grateful for the care they put into my home.
