We paid close to 2500 for incomplete work, they ruined one of my trees completely. Didn’t even trim the other, we paid for tree trimming, junk removal and clean up, and to have the yard mowed and sprayed. They not only left their own trash but didn’t finish the job, didn’t follow Instructions, at all I might add. They put holes in my skirting of my house. They left specific things we asked for removal and took things they weren’t supposed to. They did not ask for a deposit. We asked to go ahead and pay a portion upfront. They gladly accepted but when they never followed through on communication we requested a refund and to cancel because we prefer not to do business like this.
