Not a fan. I called in September to have my septic tank alarm looked at. The overflow alarm consistently goes off (shorted). They sent a rep out to look in the tank, said it looked good but insisted to pump it regardless. The rep wrote notes on the invoice noting parts had to be ordered for the alarm box and said he would follow up a few weeks later once parts were ordered. The follow up phone call never came in. Flash forward 3 months to December. I call a different company to come out and install a fixture to connect my RV to septic. They dig out my actual septic access lid and discover it needs to be pumped. Turns out Crumley and Burks pumped the clean water out of my leach field tank and never pumped my actual septic tank. Normally this wouldn't piss me off enough to write a negat

We had a great experience. I had a toilet faucet installed and another faucet that has been leaking That they’ve ordered apart for them will come back and install when the part comes in. I appreciated that they were on time and communicated very well about what was happening throughout the process. They were recommended to me by a friend who also had a very good experience and I will definitely recommend them or use them again.

So this is my story i had called this company out to my house numerous times about my septic tank and the last time I did the owner came out with camera so he saids to find out why my water wasn't draining did everything he told me to to do paid 180.00 for a permit cause he told me I need a new drain field which now im freaking cause thats very costly so yesterday I got a second opinion and called another company out and thank god I did. I didn't need a new drain field there was a old stump that the root in the pipe was blocking any water to go to my drain field so I was very relieved to have the other company repair this problem. I was very upset with Crumley and Burks definitely get a second opinion if you do call Watts they were excellent and very professional.

I highly HIGHLY recommend Crumley & Burks Plumbing! They have serviced us three times now: replacing a kitchen sink, installing a dish washer and now replacing two toilets and fixing a third. These gentlemen are professionals and the work is high quality. I hate I do not have more to be done, BUT when I do they will be the first I call. You don’t come across this level of customer service everyday. Thank you all so much!!
