Fantastic service! The team of Dylan Macedo (Project Manager) and Kyle (Technician) are extremely professional, personable, efficient and considerate. They fully explained the process and answered qyestions. They went above and beyond by replacing the furnace filter after cleaning & sanitizing all the ducts and cleaning the dryer vent. They took care to keep our cats in by closing the doors. We're long time homeowners and have used various companies. Crystal Clean is by far the best, they're really impressive. We like that they texted Dylan's photo ahead of the appointment. Customer service is a 15 out of 10!

Great service and the company is very responsive. They were on time and provided notification prior to arrival. The reason for the 4 star va 5 is the price. They were pretty expensive, $249 for a dryer duct cleaning. That being said, they did a good job and for me being on time is very important.

Crystal Clean Duct Service was AWESOME!!! My serviceman Justin and his partner were excellent. On time, efficient, amd did fantastic work. I highly recommend using this company for any future work I may need.

Today Kevin came to service my furnace . He worked tirelessly and did an excellent job in cleaning and/or replacing what needed to be done. After he left I noticed the furnace worked more quiet and heated the rooms better. Needless to say I am definitely satisfied with a job well done. They did a great job. They were very careful to make sure they left their work area clean after they were done. They also were careful to give us a heads up on their arrival time. I would use them again when our dryer vent needs a cleaning.
