This company is great. I first ran into them cleaning windows at my high rise condominium. Now I am using them at my house for gutter cleaning, roof cleaning and window cleaning. They really try very hard to make sure you are happy. They always let you know they are on the premises and what they are doing. They want you to inspect their work before they leave. Their office manager always follows up with on scheduling and changes.

I called to schedule an appointment for a window and sill cleaning. I received a quote. They cleaned the windows fine, but still left soot from my sills around the windows on the flooring. They didn’t clean it up before they left. Then I got hit with a bigger bill than the agreed upon estimate. Although they assured me that the quote included the sills cleaning too, later with a 30% increase to the bill they explained it didn’t and I should have known. They then sent nasty emails to ensure I paid the higher invoice despite my objections. I was not happy, and the service wasn’t worth it.

Absolutely outstanding work. Very professional team and very fair pricing. They cleaned all 48 windows in our home to include screens, storm windows, and the interior space between the screens and windows. Could not be happier. I plan to hire them again for additional projects. Highly recommend.

What a disaster! Had trouble setting up 2 appointments: one, for exterior balcony window cleaning and two, for inside windows. Total cost $205. Company sent me an email stating that the outside work was completed. I said no cleaning had been done . They wouldn't believe me until I sent pics of bird poop still on window. Now, I have to follow-up with their accounting department to make sure I get a refund for the first appointment. Who knows if the technician will ever make it to the second appointment. Don't use this company. Nothing but trouble for the consumer!

Rafael came to our unit 5/21/25 and did the most amazing job. We just moved in to bdg 3 and the windows appeared to never have been washed. They were shining when he finished. We are still in awe of how nice they look. He also replaced our sliding screen that had fallen out before we bought here and fixed another cranky screen. He was experienced, polite, funny, excellent worker. Can't praise him enough. I'm impressed with Crystal Window Cleaning who provides outstanding customer service as well. I asked loads of questions as this was my first time and I got nothing but politeness and answers! Thank you!
