Crystal Green Garage

I've been living in this building where there's this garage for 3 years, and I've never been so disrespected as I've been in recent years as if it were a favor for me to pay 825 dollars a month. I took my car yesterday morning a 100 thousand dollar car with a Scratch not part of the front of the passenger where the garage manager who has always been a rude said it is not their responsibility. If it's not their responsibility, whose is it? It must be mine for having endured this for 3 years, without complaining out of politeness. DON'T LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE AND IF YOU DO, LOOK EVERY TIME IF THERE'S NOTHING IN THE CAR.

I had a very disappointing experience with the car attendant. Instead of being polite and helpful, he is rude and dismissive. When I asked a simple question, I was answered in a harsh and irritated tone. As a customer, I expect at least basic courtesy, especially from someone whose job is to assist people. This unprofessional behavior negatively affected my overall experience. I hope management addresses this issue and provides proper training to their staff.

For it being my first time in NYC, I didn’t have many expectations. But what I will say is I’ve never encountered worst customer experience in my life. The man at the desk gave horrible directions and then freaked out and yelled whenever we didn’t do exactly what he wanted. Do not give them your service. We would have taken our business elsewhere if we had another option

Attendant on 10/30 at 10:45am is one of the rudest and most disrespectful people I’ve ever met in my life. Wish I had gotten his name to add but hopefully time and date will help the owner pinpoint exactly who it was - anyone reading this do your best to avoid this garage unless you want to be treated horribly.
