Krystal Cool Pools did an amazing job with our pool! They had the best price and we got alot for our money including professional service and they always responded when we had a question or concern. We had an amazing experience with Jason and Scott ! We had them build a beautiful pool and hot tub combo in our backyard. They helped design it and made our dream pool a reality. Great price too!

I had a pool installed a few months ago. Very happy with the whole experience. Everyone was very profession. Great customer service. Deadlines were met on time. I was kept informed. They go above and beyond to ensure everything is as it should be. Any concerns were addressed quickly. We love the pool and would highly recommend them to anyone that wants a pool installed!

Jason came to give an estimate and continued to give a figure verbally. Then when asked to give a written estimate received a text with 40000. Never received estimate and went with someone else. Jason responded in a text “LOL” when I told him we went with someone else because we did not have a written estimate from him despite asking several times. Jason was very unprofessional and if this is the way this company is. BEWARE!
