We have been using Crystal Lake Mulch for all our landscaping needs for almost 15 years. Dean is always very friendly and helpful if you have questions. The prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Crystal Lake Mulch.

Have been a customer for three or four years, generally making an order or two for $200 per year for topsoil or garden compost. My first couple annual orders were excellent. This year, not so much. Long story short, they didn't respond to emails and the delivery was missing a good amount of product. Honestly, not sure what happened, but the service in previous years was pretty good to excellent. They have a great delivery price and I'm not picky on when things get delivered, so long as they get delivered. I was previously a very happy customer. Edit: After putting up the review, I was contacted and they did deliver the balance of the order. The owner admitted they had dropped the ball and offered to refund the delivery cost of $20. Good enough.

I've been a customer of Crystal Lake for five years. I buy my bark mulch, wood chips, red stone and screened top soil from them. Customer service is a high priority for them. Their delivery driver double checks with me before dumping his load to make sure his instructions are correct. I also got tips from them on the best way to install weed fabric around my stepped raised bed garden. I consider them a true partner in my home projects.
