How many people can say they had a fabulous experience building a pool? I’m one of the lucky ones! Steve and Ciro at Crystal Pool and Spa are the best. They designed and built our pool in 2020, and it turned out beautifully. Their time and cost projections were accurate, and they always answered our many questions honestly. Even years later, I’m still in touch with Ciro for any questions about the pool's technology. He’s always responsive and willing to help. I highly recommend Crystal Pool and Spa without any reservations.

Steve and Ciro are amazing! From start to finish, every detail was perfectly thought out and every part of the process was executed flawlessly. I cannot say enough great things about this family and how incredibly dedicated they were to making sure I had the perfect pool and backyard oasis! Their customer service is incredible- Ciro is always so helpful whenever I have a question…and I have a lot of questions. We could not have hired a better family run company as Crystal Pool & Spa. Steve was more than accommodating when it came to laying out our pool from start to finish. He provided us the assistance needed to have our yard transform into more than we could ever imagine. Ciro was just as nice as Steve. He gave us tips on how to keep the pool pristine and running efficiently as well as help with the finishing touches. Whenever we had a question they were a call away. We have referred them to more than 5 friends and family members and they are all just as pleased as us.

The best! So happy with our pool. The customer service Steve provides is matched perfectly by Ciro’s attention to details. Great team. If I hit the lottery I’d demo the pool just to have them back to build it all over again. In all seriousness though, it’s perfect.
