Well, as of now for anyone wondering; I have a beautiful Nine year old $120k pool & hot tub, that warranty ran out with 1st owner in less than a year because he sold the house, now the pool is falling apart, one inch tile at a time because the wall behind it is failing and wasn't built properly 😳 the lighting hasn't worked since year 4, before we bought the house. All in a Saltwater pool taken care of Professionally by one of the biggest Pool care companies out there. You can understand a pump wearing out after running 12 hours daily 365 days a year for over 8 years but the damn pool falling apart is just plain wrong. Crystal pools ignored my calls for weeks. Then when they finally called me back, they seemed very annoyed with my questions. Made an appointment to come see the pool. We wait

My wife and I really loved our pool built by Crystal Pool. It was the main attraction of our stay-cation (stay at home vacation). Yes I said that we loved it. We have since sold our home and we or now having our new home built in Saint John's county. I reached out to Crystal Pool to make plans to build our new pool because we love the quality of their pool and the outstanding customer service that they provide, but to our surprise, we were informed that at this time they only build in Clay County. I hope that they would reconsider. For those of you that are interested in having a pool built, I highly recommend Crystal Pools And Spas Of North Florida. 💯

Andy and his crew installed our new liner in December. They were professional and communicated every step of the way. I called recently for some additional PVC needs, they were able to get it handled in an extremely efficient manner. Highly recommend.

We contacted Crystal pools In October, after hearing great things about them. Andy scheduled us for 4-6 months out, which we'd expected. Our old liner took a turn for the worse and really started leaking to where we were adding over 1,100 gallons a month to keep it full and that's not even counting all the chemicals we were replacing. We called Andy and told him our dilema at having to wait several more months and would need to find someone who could do it sooner. Well, he managed to move around the schedule and get it done within 2 weeks... saving us hundreds of dollars in water bills, sewer charges and chemicals. We are so grateful. The guys came out, hauled butt and we now have a beautiful liner! Thank you Andy!

The pool came out beautiful..my only concern was the lack of communication of when contractors would be coming and going to work. Electrical was most difficult as they texted the day of asking if home as they needed entry to garage..we were on vacation. If the communication was better with all contractors I believe things would have gone smoother.
