Went here to look for assistance with my pool opening since our last place is having staffing issues. The opening was going to be a little challenging so I am aware it may be at a higher cost. I called on a Thursday and spoke to a lady that said she would call me back after talking to her guys. Never heard a word after 4 days went by so I decided to stop in the store. This time I speak to a man that took my info again and said he could try to be out at the end of the week to take a look at it. Never heard from them again. I’m assuming they are doing so well that they don’t need my business but I wish they would have been upfront with me and just said NO instead of making me think they would call or come out.
