I called for a pool cleaning/vacuum to open our pool. I spoke with the owner Emily. I was clear we only wanted a cleaning since we have a salt water pool and was told no problem. The men arrived on Tuesday the 28th, 2024. The gentleman said we needed chemicals and I restated I only wanted a cleaning. I went inside and and hour later they were gone; They did not even say ‘we are finished’ they just packed up and left. Emily called a couple of hours later asking for payment, and she was insistent we bring in a sample for chemicals. We did not want chemicals this was made very clear. We paid $220.90 but I wish I had asked them to come and look at the cleaning it’s horrible. Now we have to drain the pool and clean it and ourselves. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! Painless service to help me with my pool water issues! Tested my water and told me what to do, which is what I needed as a newbie at keeping a pool healthy. A little pricy on some things but not bad enough to forego purchasing at the store instead of hunting around.

They installed our pool some time back. Can't even get them out to straighten the pool liner so we can use it this year. A man came out & said sure we can do it, we will call next week. No call. We call & call & call. No one returns a call like they say they will. Don't use them they apparently don't want return customers.
