DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY. Jesse is a thief, a liar and an incompetent repair man. We paid Jesse $948.00 on June 1st to fix our refrigerator. He came back 2 weeks later with a (new) compressor. The fridge never cooled. We called him back and he said that the new compressor must be bad. 2 weeks later he came back out with the second (new) compressor. Again the fridge never cooled. Jesse again claimed that the second new compressor was bad and he needed to order a third (new) compressor. By June 24th our fridge was still not fixed. Jesse will not return our calls or texts. I have used Jesse in the past and he seemed ok then, I called him last weekkend dto fix a dishwassher he had worked on before and he said he was out of town but would check his schedule monday and let me know, I have left several messages for him but get no reply.

We called C&S Appliances on May 17th to look at our ice maker. We were told we needed a new one, paid in advance for the part. After going back and forth, he finally installed the ice maker July 8th. Ice maker didn't work properly, I called Jessie, he was scheduled to come on July 16th. Called said he was sick and we haven't heard a word since. Thankfully the ice maker is working now, no thanks to C&S orJessie. We won't use him again. Hopefully our 3 yr will be good.
