The team arrived on time and worked efficiently. They cleaned the chimney completely and sanitized the area. Everything looks and smells much better now. Since the repair, we've seen several storms, and no leaks have appeared. I'm sure the chimney is safe now, and it looks great. Pretty sure it's a scam. I called. Weird phone transfer to someone that sounded like they weren't from Iowa. When I asked where they were located, they told me, "Grinnell." And I said, "Me too." Then, they asked my zip code. I called again, they said they're next to WalMart (which this address is nowhere near). Then. I asked if they're on Pleasant Green (YouTube scambaiter). They said, "Yes." but kind of hesitantly like they don't know what they're saying. Yeah, this is a scam.
