Wow! Excellent service all around to have a key created for our car. Professional, knowledgeable, skilled and compassionate - Kevin at Hawkeye Lock was so incredibly kind and helpful when I left town with our car keys - leaving my husband without transportation! He answered the phone promptly, no waiting for a callback, he understood how important it was to get keys made quickly and dispatched service within 10 minutes - It really couldn’t have been a better end to what could have been a disaster. I locked my house without taking my key with me today. They came over within half an hour and got my door unlocked without any damage to the lock. The staff worked quickly and was very professional. Thank you for the help.

Just as the door clicked shut behind me, I knew what I had done, again! I am outside and my phone and keys are inside. Went to a neighbors house to borrow their phone and they had Kevin in their contact list already. Gave him a call and he was there in no time and opened my door for me and made me a couple of extra keys to boot. We are fortunate to have Kevin plying his trade in and around our town.
