Excellent service from start to finish, only one exception. The worker who rehung the master bedroom closet doors forgot to wear gloves and left greasy handprints by the hinge pins. I spoke with Derek our contact person at CSC, he was very apologetic and receptive to my suggestion to mention it to his employee, which I’m sure he already has. 5 stars otherwise!! Thank you CSC

Derrick and his crew at CSC FLOORING did a fantastic job on my flooring and now my house is like brand new. Great Service, Great Results! I went in on a Wednesday afternoon in July 2019 and made an appointment with Derrick for a measure and estimate for a loft and stairway in Petaluma. I met Matt 2 days later at 9 am (he was on time, actually early thank you). I received the estimate later that morning and booked the job for the following Monday at 9 am. Dave was right on time and completed the removal and install in 3 hours. I brought in a check the following Monday to pay the balance due, met Craig the owner and thanked him for the great job! Great Team!

Derek was great to work with from his initial reply which actually answered of my initial questions, to coming out to our condo to measure and show us samples so we didn't have to go to the showroom, and then all the emailed conversations after that to help us pick the perfect flooring! Our floors were installed earlier this week and everything was great - I completely recommend CSC Flooring & Design, especially if you get the chance to work with Derek!
