In 2019 Pro Flooring did a great job installing SPC Luxury Vinyl at my rental unit. Fast forward to 2025, and unfortunately there was a pipe that burst in the rental and so a large portion of the flooring had to be pulled out. I decided to have the restoration company that did the drying process do all the repairs, painting, and installation in order to keep things simple (rather than me hiring and coordinating multiple companies). Unfortunately the restoration company’s subcontractor did not do a very good job on the corners and edges, and that made me worry about whether there could be other bigger issues like with the leveling.
