Best customer service! They are responsive and quick in action. My fridge was looked at the same day I called and fixed as soon as the replacement part arrived. Excellent and reliable service. Arrived on time and worked quickly. Super friendly and gave lots of information about the work and the issue with the dryer. The cost was discussed and cost at the end the same. I highly recommend Ross as a service to fix dryers as well as any other service.

The technician swiftly figured out the issue, was able to order the parts in only a couple days and rebalanced our washer perfectly. They were very swift and very pleasant. Highly recommend these guys and we will definitely be calling them with any future issues.
