CSL Lawn & Snow Management

I approached Chuck while he was mowing someone else's lawn. He gave me his card and told me he would come over to our house to give us an estimate that night or the next day. He never showed. I phoned him the next week, asking him to tell me if he could or could not mow our lawn. I left a message. Chuck phoned me back, told me he had not forgotten about me, and said that he would be out to our house that evening or the following day. Again, Chuck was a "no show". In the future, I suggest that Chuck tell a potential customer that he cannot take on any more clients, rather than lie about coming out to give people estimates. Fortunately, we found a reliable lawn service through Angie's List later in the week of his 2nd "no show".

Very professional and friendly. The owner goes out of his way to do a great job. He makes sure you are happy with his work. I will be using his business now and in the future.

Leave clumps of dirt in the road for days on end, blocking driveways and mailboxes of non customers with work trucks, etc etc.
