CSR was recommended by our neighbor. They were very prompt and responsive in returning our call. Dayne came out within a day or two to look at our plumbing project and the work was scheduled to be done a few days later, even though they said they were very busy. Dayne installed shut off valves, a laundry sink and faucet. He was very patient, explained what he thought worked best, and kept us informed throughout the project. We were very impressed with Dayne. We needed our sewer and water lines replaced, so I got quotes from about 10 different local plumbing companies. The reason why I went with CSR is because the owner was very knowledgeable, patient and explained the entire process really well. The quote was reasonable and more competitive than most other companies. Ray was the project manager and his crew arrived with 6 people: 2 digging out the old sewer line in the front yard, 2 people working in the crawl space under the house, one in our guest bathroom and someone else working in the laundry room! I heard a new noise in my kitchen faucet and was concerned that there could be a bigger issue. I called CSR because of all the good reviews and I'm glad I did! My call was returned promptly, and an appointment was made that was convenient for me. Dayne came out, listened to what was going on, explained what could be happening and what he would be checking. After carefully checking the lines, he explained that there didn't appear to be any issue but if the sound bothered me, he could adjust the water pressure. There was no charge for the evaluation and he did not try to upsell me on anything! I very much appreciated having my concerns allayed. I will definitely call them in the future for any plumbing issues!

Nobody likes plumbing issues. Nobody. (Except, maybe, plumbers.) Twice in the past year, we've had plumbing surprises that needed to be dealt with quickly and competently. After getting poor service from another locally based plumbing company, I found CSR Plumbing via Google reviews. And am I glad I did. Long story short, these were two unrelated issues (other than the fact I guess that both were age related. It's a ~60-year-old home.) Mike from CSR replaced our defunct garbage disposal that had leaked all under the sink. Plus, he discovered a hose that went from our disconnected/unused dishwasher to the drainpipe of the other side of the sink had eroded off. He replaced it and the part that fits into the sink. He explained everything he was doing and was very professional and friendly. We recommend CSR and will use them in the future if needed.
