After 39 years we wanted new flooring in our kitchen, utility room and half-bath. I Googled flooring near me and found CSSI. Located just north of Springfield in a new building and nice showroom. Mark met us, we told him what we needed and he explained our options. He came the next day and gave us a price. Their prices are competitive and they have their own installers and do not have to sub out. We were very satisfied with the workmanship and would highly recommend.

Top notch flooring specialist who also do Indoor Air Quality testing, bathroom install and remodel as well as duct cleaning. Bought some nice Pergo LVT for a home addition at a fair price. Mark also helped me find a nice transition piece to match the other LVP on adjacent floor.

First, we are still moving and completing renovation, so don't look at anything but the floors in the photo. lol. The flooring in the photo is a dark hardwood, which I am extremely pleased with. Not shown is the wood look laminate in the basement, with which I am also very happy, even though I had sworn I would never use laminate. CSSI worked with our odd subcontractors' schedules and walked me through the process, including "acclimating" the wood prior to installation. They were here when they said that they would be, and even came back, at no charge, to repair a squeaky spot that was due to the subflooring (which was not even CSSI's fault or responsibility). Great place! They can do it all. Install, repair, clean. All types of floors including commercial settings and hotels. They also sell high quality rugs, and will pick up and deliver rugs being cleaned!

I had just had CSSI repair my kitchen floor and they did such an outstanding job that I had them come out the next week and clean my carpets! I was amazed how beautiful my carpets looked when they were finished! They looked like brand new carpets!! They did such an awesome job and were very thorough and quick.
