Petitt Heating and Cooling was professional, friendly, prompt, reliable, and affordable. We initially had a yearly inspection/maintenance check up on our heater. Alec arrived right on time and went the extra mile when completing the inspection. He discovered a CO2 leak in our unit, which was not surprising given it was 23 years old. He was able to help schedule us for a follow up consultation a few days later. We met with Logan, who was very friendly and informative. He made choosing to continue business with their company an easy decision. I met with Logan on Tuesday and by Thursday his team were here to do a full replacement of our HVAC system. The installation team, Colby, John Michael, and Wyatt were absolutely wonderful. They did a great job getting everything installed and took time
