Our contractor installed CST pavers for our patio and did a beautiful job with everything to CST's specs. After a few years, all of the 6 x6 blocks in the pattern began to crumble, clearly a manufacturing defect as confirmed by the local product rep after a site visit. After providing him with the info he requested, he stopped returning calls, emails and texts. A subsequent call to the regional manager was returned quickly, but he just as quickly refused to honor the warranty claiming the work was not done to spec without even doing a site visit. When the contractor provided dcoumentation that confirmed the job was done to spec, retrun calls and emails again ceased. I can understand the manufacturing issues that may occasionally occur, but that is exactly the purpose of a warranty. It is
