You have to pay a fee because this building exists. Doesn't matter if you have a parking pass or not. It's part of your student fees. Also, probably the safest place to hide your car from parking services if you don't want to pay for parking.
Nice well lite parking garage. The in one way and exit one way setup for the Winterfest was great. It really kept really traffic moving.
Great spot for parking, especially when it rains! There's a spot for electric cars, too!
