CSX Intermodal

This place is a joke. Most of the time the cranes aren’t doin anything and they have no order what so ever in here. They assign a spot to you but then You have to risk following a line or staying in a spot. Workers never stop to help if you have a question. You can be here for hrs. Worst place to be in. Waste of time.

I arrived here as the fifth truck in line and have been waiting for over two hours — going into the third hour now. Two trucks in front of me and two behind me have all been loaded already. The crane operator has loaded everyone except me. I’m the only one still waiting. I called Driver Assistance, and they told me it would take 15–20 minutes, but nothing is happening. The operator isn’t moving at all. This is just a terrible service experience at this CSX-59 location.

Usually this place is smooth in and out but when u get stuck they keep u all day and it makes no sense why im on track 2 coming up on 2 hrs and 45 mins I been the only person north of the break and both sky cranes are working south break bc only me and one other trucker are north of the break they just won’t come to take care of us they keep taking care of people just pulling up within 5 mins they gone but im sitting here like a goofy 3 hrs in and they still won’t help me or even come north of break at all csx do better hire better management hire drivers assist that actually assist drivers and nit catch the nastiest stride anytime they have to actually do their job and assist a driver

This yard is getting to be so half asked, they let drivers just sit as they go Park the crane they go right past the drivers. It would’ve took an extra minute to lift the drivers this real yard. Is I mean, nothing else is going on in the whole rail yard, and they send 80 trucks to one Truck with one crane. I mean. I’m not a rocket science, but I know that’s pretty.

HAS IMPROVED SIGNIFICANTLY WITH SHORTER WAIT TIMES AND MORE PRONOUNCED NUMBERED STENCILING ON THE GROUND. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! MARK ALL POINTS TRANSPORT 161769
