I have personally been going to CSX for 5 years. During this time there have only been four employees who have been decent people who work here. Joe is an amazing crain operator and yard jockey. He's always greeting with a smile and willing to help. In the office there is a woman who has been with the company longer than I've been coming in and she is the only one I'm happy to talk with when I call in for info inside the facility. She's never rude or degrading or makes you feel lesser than when speaking with her. There are 2 other gentlemen in office one I spoke with about 2 years ago and I do not think he work for them anymore but he was a genuine person. Larry with the long beard is the worst crane operator ever he is mean and arrogant he will keep drivers waiting forever even if he is not busy he just can sit up there and let people wait for no reason

You can sit for a long time waiting to get a box lifted and the app could use a overhaul because it can be a pain to use.

Clean and organized lot. Location are pretty easy to maneuver. Crane times are hit or miss. I’ve been lifted in a few minutes or it’s taken a hour or so. There’s no science to it, some days are quick and others not so much. TRY NOT TO PISS OFF THE OFFICE !!! IT WILL COST YOU MONEY!!! You will get banned if your not following the rules. If your getting a container lifted I recommend you find a good podcast and kick back!! Gave 4 stars because I know years ago when I first started going there it was allot worst so they’ve made some steps in a positive direction!
