After extensive research into duct cleaning services, I’m thrilled I chose CT Duct Work. Jacob and Jeff arrived right on time and handled everything with true professionalism: 7 supply ducts, 1 return duct, 1 dryer vent, and 3 heat radiators—all cleaned thoroughly and efficiently (2hr 30min ish). The entire job was completed quickly, with no mess left behind. The total came to around $600-700, but they went above and beyond by blowing out the radiators for free. Jacob said he’d feel bad charging for such a simple task, which speaks volumes about their honesty and fairness in today’s money-driven climate. No upselling, no greed—just focused, ethical work. I wish every contractor operated like this. CT Duct Work has earned a lifelong customer, and I’ll definitely call them again.

The air ducts at my house were not cleaned for 20 years. I was a little skeptical about letting someone that I didn’t know into my home. I was nicely surprised how quick and efficient these guys were. They had over 30 vents to clean and it took them less then 5 hours, in and out. The took before and after photos of each vent while they where cleaning them. The quality of their work was outstanding. I would recommend them to everyone. I know I would use this company again.

Hi. My new home had not had their ducts cleaned in years. Called CT Duck Work and they came out immediately for estimates and were scheduled soon after. They were fast, and did fantastic job cleaning the build up dust and filth. They also provided before/after videos. Additionally, i had the dryer vent cleaned.l too. Kind and friendly owner. I will definitely use them again. Great price for the work.

Customer service is top notch at CT Duct Work - great communication, timely, honest and efficient. And they do great work! Highly recommend and will use them again. If you have had animals in your home or family members with allergies call them!

Jacob and his team did a fantastic job cleaning out our duct work and went the extra mile to clean out the dryer vent AND the furnace air filter. On time, courteous, and polite. Would definitely have them back again.
