Oleg and his team were wonderful to work with. We cannot thank them enough for the amazing work they put in installing our two exterior doors with storm doors. It was a full days work and they came prepared — even with the unexpected inch of snow and sleet, that did not slow them down one bit! Their work is seamless, beautiful, and airtight! Renewal by Anderson did an outstanding job replacing my windows and front entry door. Alex and Eugene were very polite and always explained the details to each days work to be done. They patiently did their respective jobs and did not rush to complete the work. Always asking how we would like the way trim and wood work looked before doing all the windows. Put down protective covering and cleaned up every day with vacuuming and steaming the areas they had worked in. We have had all our windows replaced over the years RBA. This experience has been the most disappointing. First of all one window was damaged and could not be used, after previous window and trim was already removed. The bathroom window came with wrong hardware. The trim work around the slider and bathroom window has dings and the nails holes are pretty obvious even though they had been puttied up fairly sloppily. The fact that the kitchen window has to be replaced because of the damage, sets our house remodel and siding back 5 weeks. I will say the guys who did the work were polite and professional.
