Extremely responsive. Had my septic alarm go off so I reached out. Every person I met or spoke with on the phone was easy to work with and cared. The techs, Peter and Albie, were really good guys and very experienced. They got everything squared away the same day. Thank you CTE!

My septic pump system alarm went off and I called Chip around noon, who first walked me through a few quick diagnostics to make sure not just something like the need to reset the circuit breakers…he then reshuffled their busy schedules and had Chad and Peter come to our home for the repair two hours later. Chad and Peter were so professional and quickly fixed the issues. Now my family can enjoy a worry free weekend! Thanks again for your quick response and care of your customer!
