CTR Services Air Conditioning & Heating

Scott is always great. He's been doing this for years and it shows. CTR's experience and professionalism - and prices - wont have me going anywhere else.

During a storm, I lost power and my AC unit wasnt working properly. Called CTR, very reponsive, however, they never found the short in the unit outside that was causing all the issues. I replaced the thermostat as recommended, no fix. I ordered a new circuit board as recommended (took 5 days to receive), no fix. I had to call another AC repair shop to come and fix my AC unit.

Scott and Michelle came out to do an initial service on my new home. He was incredibly professional and friendly. The service was done in a super timely manner. The monthly service plans are super reasonable. Scheduling was also super easy. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for services.

I can't say enough about CTR services! We needed a new upstairs AC unit and they went above and beyond for us! We have a home warranty and we request them everytime we need air conditioning and heating services! They will be our first choice if we need this service in the future! The service technicians are professional and courteous! We have had nothing but great experiences with this company. Highly recommend!

They responded very promptly to my online request and were quick to schedule a same day visit to clear the evaporator drain line problem. Definitely satisfied with the service.
