Our team at Sprinkman Design Collective is so thrilled about our partnership with CTW. Seth, Shelby, and Amy have been fantastic through multiple projects with us. Their efficient and clear communication, dedication to customer service, and quality products lead to the most beautiful installations every time. Some pics of our most recent condominium project with them is attached where they supplied tile, countertops, and cabinetry. Very much looking forward to the next one!

In the spring of 2025, we replaced flooring in our finished lower level and res-configured the area. We worked with Seth and had a great experience. His communication is excellent, including quick email replies, which is an important factor for us. We had a budget and explained we were re-designing the space to add a bar with sink and cabinets. He suggested a good quality carpet and LVP for the area in front of the bar, as well as LVP pf the 1/2 bath on that level. He answered any questions we had about the process, came to pick up flooring samples at our home and reviewed the color options one final time with us as well. We learned a lot! I had the pleasure of working with Seth on the flooring installation for our new condo in Madison. We are living in Kenosha and Seth was incredible - completing the measurements, quoting and setting installation from afar. Bob was our installer and did a meticulous job! They were both incredibly responsive and professional. I can’t recommend CTW enough!!

I throughly enjoyed working with CTW Abbey for my flooring installation project. It started with me reaching out to them to inquire about some flooring and Seth was very helpful. He was patient and responsive to all of my inquiries and questions and gave me great feedback and suggestions during our in home consultation. The installation happened in a timely manner (I live in Milwaukee and they are based in Madison) and everyone who came to my home was very professional and a pleasure to work with! Everyone made sure I was comfortable and secure in my choices before moving forward. They were respectful of my deadline and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! I will definitely be using them again for future projects.

We had such a wonderful experience with CTW Design Center when we built our new home. Seth, our sales rep, was so helpful and knowledgeable. Seth helped us pick out all our flooring and tile work. Also, Seth's team of installers were very professional, always on time and their work was top notch.
